Ag Employers to Post 2013 Illnesses and Injuries on Cal-OSHA Form

Employers are required to post OSHA Form 300A, reporting any workplace illnesses and injuries occurring in 2013, by Feb. 1, 2014 through April 30, 2014. Employers of fewer than 11 employees are exempt from this notice.
