New initiative will boost membership and strengthen industry engagement
American Pistachio Growers (APG) has announced the expansion of its Membership Services Team, reinforcing its commitment to better serving current members, strengthening grower relationships, and strategically growing its membership base to drive increased revenue and long-term success for the organization.
Leading this charge is Zachary Fraser, President & CEO, who has made grower engagement a top priority. Under his leadership, APG is focused on direct outreach to pistachio growers, fostering stronger connections, and increasing membership enrollment across the industry. Fraser said increasing revenues allows for stronger performance in marketing, promotion, and trade work to support future record crops.
“We aim to be the premier member services organization in American agriculture,” said Fraser. “Our team is humbled by the grower’s investment in American Pistachio Growers and we take that trust seriously. By engaging and growing our membership, it will ensure major-league performance in marketing, promoting, and advancing global trade of the world’s most popular nut.”
Joining Fraser in this team effort are:
Joe Coelho, Director, Sustainability & Member Outreach – With a wealth of on-farm knowledge, Coelho leads APG’s sustainability initiatives, with a primary focus on operational sustainability, developing grower education events, and providing critical support directly in the field.
Jennifer Jones, Director, Membership Development – Recently promoted from Manager of Events and Member Engagement, Jones now oversees all APG events and is actively engaging with growers to develop and expand membership.
Hannah Doyle, Manager, Member Communications & PR – Doyle manages all grower-facing communications and identifies public relations opportunities to amplify APG’s voice and visibility across the industry.
Rajina Kahlon, Coordinator, Membership Development – Supporting membership growth, Kahlon manages associate memberships and plays a hands-on role in education and outreach efforts on the ground.
Catalina Gonzalez, Administrator, Membership Development – Gonzalez provides essential administrative support to the team, helping ensure seamless operations across all membership activities.
“Our expanded team reflects APG’s strategic commitment to increasing member value, growing revenue through new membership, and providing top-tier support and engagement opportunities to the pistachio grower community,” said Fraser.
